Greetings Sir,
I have a 2019 Ford F150 5.0 V8 4x4 108,000 miles with some issues. First, CHECK ENGINE light came on with code for MAF sensor. Then while hauling a trailer, had misfire and loss of power. Dealership said just needed spark plug job and was done. Then while hauling trailer started hearing a knocking noise while excelerating. I took to 3 different dealerships with 3 different explanations. Any ideas and/or guidance on what it can be?

It could be dozens of things. Not enough info here to say.
