What could cause my 2010 camry 2.5l to just randomly stop the engine code says my 4 ignition coils but its not every time theres days it will purr like a kitten but there days where it turns off or it just wont turn on its completely random.

I believe you are mistaken. Engine diagnostic codes generally don't "say" a particular part is bad. They indicate a condition exists that usually has several potential causes.
It might help if you told us what code or codes you are seeing. You might also want to look to see if there is freeze-frame data from when the code was set and also check live data for potential problems.
Many things can cause random engine shutdowns. Loose battery terminals, bad ignition switch, bad electrical connections, clogged fuel filter or failing fuel pump, and much more.
