What could cause this noise

I have a 2014 Chevy Traverse with the 3.6L V6. It has 200,000 miles right now. There is a grinding noise only on cold starts and then doesn't make the noise after it's started. We have replaced the water pump two times on it, don't know if that could possibly affect anything. OBDII code is P050D
