I have a Dodge Charger 2006 3.5L high output the last time the car was working was when it went out on my dad on the highway out of now where. I changed the battery , starter spark plugs alternator and oil cause it’s been awhile anyways lol , but now when I try to crank it , it makes a loud type noise like something scratching but doesn’t crank . My brother which is an upcoming Mechnic said my car not turning because my fuel pump went out. Can somebody help

Noise can be interpreted may ways over the web. But I would suspect bad/cheap new starter you replaced. And put a pressure gage on fuel rail to check pressure (pump).
