obd codes :p2813,p0841 its delaying in drive and reverse
i bought the car from a used dealership in 2019 at 38,000 miles

The transmission has serious problems and the car should not be driven except to a transmission specialist for evaluation and possible repair. There's a good chance the transmission will need to be replaced but a pro should make that call. (Unfortunately those Jatco CVTs are known for early catastrophic failure.)

You got ripped off at a used car dealer. They sold you a car with a bad trans. Try changing the fluid and filter to see if it helps. Good luck.
