Hi,
I have mazda 3 2008 1.6 with 280000 KM.
I have the exact problem as presented in this youtube video :

What do I need to replace in order to solve this issue ?

Well that's the ac clutch your pressing on, does the knock go away when ac on (clutch engaged)? If so, likely just the clutch, if not still likely the clutch but could be ac pully bearing. Pretty sure one of those is the issue.
