Hello what are y’all thoughts on the 2018 Chevy Malibu 1.5L Lt?

Pass on it. Hardly anything that comes out of GM can be trusted to last, even for the first 100,000 miles. They’ve even had issues on their halo car (the Corvette).

There are things about GM cars I really like. They're big, powerful, comfortable, attractive, and simple to work on. but it's not enough to overcome the reliability and cost cutting problems they have. I can't recommend the Malibu. Spend a little more for the Camry, have more peace of mind, and avoid the headaches that come with dealing with car troubles. Even though they're ugly.
