Well they're extremely fast cars, but of course if you beat them you will wear things out. Out of the engine and the transmission. The transmission is the weaker part and that would be the first thing to wear out if you really push it

As far as your engine and transmission, modern Chrysler products are known for very low quality. Given the low mileage it may last a while but be prepared for problems, in particular the infamous "Hemi tick" caused by cam and lifter failure due to an engine design flaw.
