Is a 1998 Cadillac eldorado a good car to have now?

I used to be a technician who made my paychecks from Cadillac. If you don't value your money it is a good deal. There are many systems on this unit requiring service by now or not even operable any longer. I won't recommend a Cadillac over 4 years old if at all. Take into consideration the registration to license it. Way too expensive in my opinion.
