Hello! i have a 2000 chevy impala with 244000 miles on it and its making a weird noise dont want to get rid of the car because it belonged yo my great grandma who passed but the AC compressor doesn't work anymore and the noise is coming from the engine it still runs fine with the noise but im concerned it will leave me stranded

Going to have to be more specific. Engines make lots of noises, some good some bad.

The best thing to do here is make a YouTube video of the noise then put the link here and I will watch it
