What do you think about edel Brock? Do you think someone is better?

Back in the day Edelbrock was the good but most modern cars have moved to efi, gdi
The company really made good intake manifold.
So gone are the fun days with carby

My personal experience with Edelbrock, if you mean carburators, is positive. I had horrible experiences with Holley due to the sideways float bowls, replaced the crab with an edelbrock and had no issues. So I can say I think they are better than Holley from my experience.

Edelbrock is a good brand with a long history. What part are you looking at?
They specialize in carbs but they also have some very nice supercharger kits as well.
