What year is it?  Mileage?  Have you had it scanned for codes?  Much more information is needed.

2006 with 165k on it. Got someone to run a scan on it and nothing showed up

Fuel pump and filter, fuel injectors, MAP sensor, MAF sensor.  Have the fuel pressure tested with a mechanical gauge.

Ok I’ll get that tested I’ve also just found out today that when I cranked it there was a cloud of white or light grey colored smoke that came from under. It was the first and last time so far that it’s happened

White smoke is generally an indication of a blown head gasket.  But without more detailed information, it's a guess based on experience.  At the very least, I would get a compression test.

From under what?

Not sure because it didn’t last but a second like a cloud of smoke. Just to drive it though my foot has to stay pressing the gas when I’m stopped just to prevent it from shutting off

Is there any way to narrow out what wouldn’t be the issue ?

What does "came from under" mean???

From the driver seat I saw it come from under the car itself and just blow away
