I’ve attached the video,
what does this sound mean?
I have a Toyota 2001 4Runner v6 limited
this happens only when it’s warm
but when it’s cold it doesn’t make it
only when we drive 20 minutes and we stop
it does it by itself
Is it the vacuum?

What do you mean, there is nothing under the hood? What do you want me to look for specifically ?
He did NOT say there is nothing under the hood.
the sound is coming from under the hood, is it not?

If you suspect a vacuum leak, check all the hoses.
Also check all the pulleys.
If you’re out of luck, try this technique -
