what kind of damage am I looking at from someone driving on bare rim for over 2mile 2012 honda pilot/ driver side front

Depends on how fast. Definitely you need a rim, but may as well check the suspension components on that side (tie rods, control arms, ball joints) to be safe.
wow..sounds like a lot of $....it was at high speed and a few miles I'm told.....thank so much for your help...

Well, you will obviously need a new rim and tire. Best to replace them in pairs - so 2 new front tires and one rim.
And then an alignment would be a good idea.
Outside of that, anything can break. But not likely. Unless it was driven at high speeds or off road.
