Im looking at buying a car from 2007 with only 9,500 miles. It seems that the car has only been driven around 100 miles a year for the last few years. What maintenance or fluid changes should I do to ensure that the car runs without issue?

Have brake fluid, power steering fluid and coolant flushed. Oil change of course, and have tranny serviced. Fluid and Filter only on the tranny.
You may have electric power steering depending on the make and model you have. In that case you wouldn’t have PS fluid. Do the rest. And nice find BTW!
Have your mechanic check your differential levels, but they shouldn’t need changed.
