How do I fix my misfire

I have a 2004 Rav4 with a 2.4. I am receiving code P0302 for misfire on cylinder 2. I have tried new Denso coil plugs and ngk iridium spark plugs after clearing the code to no avail. I have had a shop check the injectors and they replaced all 4 with no change. A compression check was performed and read as cyl 1- 161 cyl 2- 132 cyl 3- 157 cyl 4- 162. Where should I go from there?

Could be blow by causing it, seems like it with the giant loss on that cylinder.

No fixing that unless you rebuild the engine.

Is there a method to test that without removing the block?

Do a wet compression test & see if that number jumps up.

The compression on cylinder 2 is low. Do the compression test and leak down test.
