What's a good new, med sized SUV or Van? I have a 2004 ford freestar that's turned into a money pit, it's gotta go. And a 1989 Dodge Caravan 2.5 turbo with 325,000. Not sure what to do with it, runs great but body rust is taking over and since I just retired, need a good running vehicle that will hopefully last as long as I do, lol. Looking for something moderately priced. What do ya think?
Clarification: When you say “new”, how new? (What years?)
2020,21
For van: Toyota Sienna. For CUV: Toyota RAV4 (if something bigger, then Highlander).

How about a RAV4 or CR-V? Ingress/egress in those vehicles should be ideal for a person nearing retirement age.
Sienna sounds pretty good. Does it have power, zippy? Just because I'm retiring doesn't mean I'm pokey, lol. Now I just have to figure what year, since I just got talked out of 2021
Test drive it.. what are you going to do with all the seats in the Sienna? Will you be frequently utilising them? The CR-V & RAV4 are plenty fast, too.
Any Toyota or Honda car (except Odyssey) should be good for you.
