Got an 02 camry 2.4 with 250k miles. Has p0171 and misfire that moves between cylinders but does not give random misfire code     Replaced timing chain tensioner, throttle body gasket, head gasket, spark plugs, ignition coils, MAF sensor, AF sensor, fuel injectors cleaned, all done at well trusted dealership. The only thing not mentioned on record is exhaust and intake gaskets but would think they were replaced while doing the head gasket. Should I do the gaskets next? The other thing that was Mentioned is that cylinder 2 has blowby but that doesn’t seem like that would cause a moving misfire

If the blow by is excessive, caused by worn piston rings, you need a new engine.

But would that the misfire move between cylinders?
