Transmission leak Mercedes

Hello.

I have a 1995 e300 Mercedes diesel 240k miles.

just got the transmission rebuilt, and I put 2 quarts over full.

ran it about 10 minutes, checked it and drain the extra fluid.
i don’t know if it’s leaking because of that or when I was trying to align the transmission and torque converter.

it leaked 1/2 a quart in 2 weeks.

I m using bel ray atf mv full synthetic.

would that atf damage the suspension?

should I pull it back out and fix it ASAP , or can I wait a little longer?

Thank you

Why would ATF affect your suspension?  I would re-do the job and use the correct amount of the recommended fluid and hope for the best.  If you have blown a seal, you'll need a trans rebuild or at least a seal replacement if that's possible without pulling the trans.

Over time if engine oil or atf get onto and saturate suspension bushings they can be damaged. Takes a while though, I doubt it's a problem in this case.
