Best additives for stuck oil rings from prolonged storage

I usually use a little Marvel Mystery Oil put into each spark plug hole. I let it sit for a few days then rotate it by hand before actually starting the engine, but I'm usually dealing with really old cars that don't have catalytic converters or sensors that might be affected. (In fact I've got '65 model that's been sitting for years I need to do that on when I can get to it.)

You could also try PB Blaster. That stuff will set anything free.
