Hi, I'm thinking about getting a new car (and I know how you feel about new cars, my plan is to get it and keep it for a long long time), I would preffer a Toyota Yaris or a Corolla, but they're too expensive, what do you think about a Suzuki Ciaz (Sedan) as a family car?, do they break a frequently? or can they last for a long time?
thank you for your honesty
They are not sold in the U.S. so most of us here have no experience with them. Suzuki cars have not been sold in the U.S. in over a decade. I don't think they are sold in Canada either.

If you like your vehicles to crumble in any type of collision, and love great fuel economy, then sure, choose the Ciaz. Don’t forget to only buy Suzukis with manual (standard) transmissions though.
They are decently reliable when equipped with manual transmissions. Don’t expect any type of ‘build quality’ or a rattle free experience.
Wish we had them as an option in the US. I would want a Jimny myself.
