if I change wheel bearing front left side on a Nissan Sentra 1.8 with 140,000 miles. why is the brake light is on?

your manual should list some conditions that trigger the brake light.

 

Is the fluid full? Parking brake left on?

is it just a bearing, or is it a whole hub assembly with bearing? Sometimes those assemblies come with speed sensors built-in. You may have forgotten to plug in the sensor and the ABS is freaking out.
