My 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan makes a metal on metal scrapping noise when we turn.
Braking has no affect.
Could you confirm it's likely the wheel bearings?
It has about 100,000km
I shot a video but afterward realized it shouldn't have been going over the curb, but the bump makes no difference

She sounds like wheel bearings to me all you got to do is Jack the car up in there and spin them you hear weird noises and all the wheel bearings are going out now when you take it apart once the brakes and hubs off the car you'll be able to feel it grinding when you find bad ones
