so i have a 2009 gmc acadia and passenger rear wheel speed sensor was throwing up a code and it says service stibliaty control traction control and 4 wheel drive off i tried to fix it with a sensor off ebay and it didnt work. the awd is working i know bc i floored it in snow and i could spin all the tires so im not that concerned. im 14 and i want to be a mechanic or a welder when i grow up and i would appreciate any help.
Welcome to the forum and hopefully you'll become a mechanic in your future. Did pull any codes regarding the speed sensor? If so did you clear them? I would have purchased the sensor from Rock Auto instead of Ebay but what brand sensor did you get? RockAuto has OEM AC Delco for $26 plus shipping for the front and $36 for the rear.
Use an OEM sensor. And watch old Scotty to learn about cars 🙂
