Hey Scotty, I Have A 2006 Lincoln Town Car With 150,000 miles That Has Been In A Wreck, The Rear Differential Was Replaced But It Seems Like The Passenger Side Wheel Still Looks More Inward That The Other Side, What Could Be The Problem? And How Could I Fix It?

If one wheel is sticking out more on one side compared to the other it sounds like something is bent or just installed  incorrectly. Unless you have the correct tools I would take the vehicle to a quality suspension shop and see what is going on and fix it.

probably whoever installed the axle didn't do it correctly

First, check to see if the wheels are the same with the same offset.

Bent rim or not properly mounted wheel.

It also may be that after the repair, a wheel with a different offset was put on the car.  Check to see if they match.
