1994 Honda Del sol. When it’s turned on it idles fine. After warming up for a couple minutes and I hit the gas, the rpm’s gently jump up and down. Replaced fuel filter. Checked for air leaks. Replaced gasket on iacv. What am I missing?

Often the throttle assemblies go bad on those things and need replacing. The wear internally. It's a panda thing but sometimes you might get lucky and remove the throttle. Take it all apart. Clean everything in the last hole. Put in new gaskets and put it back together
