I have 21 Accord 2.0 10 speed with 10k - I've owned it since new. Just wondering when should I change the transmission fluid?

For a new car, newer fluids last longer than older ones. Change it at about 40k miles.

If it was my vehicle, I would change it every 40,000 miles with the OEM fluid.

Read your owner's manual. The answer to your question is in there in the "Maintenance Schedule" section.
I was looking for a mileage figure not a wait until the car says which is what the owners manual says
his car is from the era of no dipsticks, no specified maintenance schedule, and "lifetime fluid."
Bummer.
