Hi Scotty,
Dumb question:
I have a 2015 Hyundai Genesis 3.8L Sedan and am getting a misfire on cylinder number two. I purchased an online repair manual and did a lengthy internet search and I am not able to determine which cylinder is number two... do you know if its the middle on the driver or passenger side of that engine?
Of course, its gunna happen in the middle of winter season!

I'm not sure where you looked but it took about 5 seconds to find this:
"I have a 2012 3.8 sedan. I used a scan tool, and confirmed that passenger side from front to back is 1-3-5 and driver side is 2-4-6. I replaced spark plugs, and had cylinder 6 misfire. So, I decided to go ahead and test for myself since I also couldn’t find any info."
This can be confirmed by briefly removing or unplugging an ignition coil and seeing what cylinder is reported as misfiring in a scan tool.
