Where is the ABS sensor? 2005 Dodge Caravan 260000 miles

I have an ABS light. Autozone code scan says 50FE, 30FE, 3EFE. I could probably just leave it alone but since I have to get new tires anyway soon I figured I should look into fixing the light. The guy at Autozone said it might just be a dead battery and it might be in the tires. Is it?

ABS sensors are in your hub. It has nothing to do with tires.

I should correct myself here. There is actually no such thing as an ABS sensor.
I was thinking about "wheel speed sensors" which the Antilock Brake System (ABS) uses to detect skidding. There may additional sensors that are part of the ABS system, but they will have specific names.

A repair shop said it was some ABS motor thing that was the problem. He said the word "motor". I never heard of an ABS motor, but I took his word for it. It will be thousands of dollars to fix he said. So, I guess I will just not have ABS.

The motor is not a sensor at all. The ABS motor is the part that actually modulates (controls/adjusts/varies) hydraulic brake pressure, preventing you from skidding.
Anyway, hopefully you steer clear of Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Fiat going forward.

When you need a car today, and the least garbagey car you can afford on the lot full of garbage cars is one of those, you take the plunge or walk home.
