Try tire rack and carid.

Tried those they are all out of stock still further notice
It's a 2018 volvo S90 18x8

Might have more luck if you don’t look vehicle-specific; go by bolt pattern and offset. Also check discount tire and eBay.

I looked at Discount Tire, their steelies max out at 17" diameter.

@dad2lm2 I did that, using inches, width and lugs but still no luck
Will try discount tire now
Thank you @chucktobias

Yeah, supply chain nightmare. 17 inchers would work with right tires. Maybe check Canadian tire; their customer base buys a lot of steelies. Otherwise, you may just have to get used ones off eBay.

@chucktobias that's true, t don't get past 17" sadly.
@dad2lm2 what combo will work with the 17inch what tire size will I need to get?

found 18x7.5 5x108 can I use this instead of the 18x8 specified?

Will I need to change all the tires as well?

Or will the present 245/45R18 tores fit just fine?

I don't know off the top of my head but this tire width chart says that size will fit rims from 7.5" to 9" wide, so you should be OK:

The bolt pattern has to be exact, but the wheel and tire size can vary.

Thank you @doc just the confirmation I needed

@chucktobias @doc @yaser One last question is the bolt pattern spec more important than the width So she found this https://www.roadreadywheels.com/products/2012-2022-18x8-grand-cherokee-steel-wheel-rim?gclid=Cj0KCQiAn4SeBhCwARIsANeF9DKJD7TxE1Le4Dbwnb7ybOv9H4mjyyembXHb4VS8AIL-xT-Y7Frq44QaAp4MEALw_wcB It has a 5x127 bolt pattern but is 18x8inch

And I found this https://a.co/d/bZLtq6N 18x7.5 5x 108 which is the correct bolt pattern but .5 inches  smaller in width should we prioritize bolt pattern over width or vice-versa. We just haven't been able to find something exact. 18x8 5x108

Please let me know, thank you.

If the bolt pattern is wrong you won't be able to put the rim on the car so I'd say it's somewhat important.

Thank you @chucktobias
We will go with the one with the exact bolt pattern.

Make sure the offset is the same or at least close to avoid undue stress on the suspension.

@chucktobias it has a positive offset, of 54, the manufacturer range is 44 - 50 I believe, is this really bad the 54 offset?

I couldn't say, I've never been into picking custom wheels so I've never looked at it in detail. I do know that the offset affects suspension load and geometry, steering, and of course fitment of the tires in the wheel wells. If no one here can say yeah or nay you're going to have to do some research.
