If you want a dealer-level scan tool for that vehicle it would be a Tech2. China-made clones are available for a few hundred dollars. Obviously that's a lot more expensive than a generic OBD1 code reader but you'd have all the dealer capabilities for diagnosing and configuring that vehicle.
