Could you please advise me which used mid size AWD SUV is the best to buy? I mean SUV's years of 2010-2015. Please advise best reliable diesel and gasoline makes.

From my experience and observations, ‘08 to ‘11 Honda CRV. Here in the Northern America (Canada) there are plenty of examples still running around. All still look good, run well, … and on used car market still command a pretty good price - a testament to its goodness, I guess. Pretty well all of them are AWD - snow, ice and sleet present right through the winter!
Of course, some may say that there are better choices. Perhaps, … but I don’t think you can fair much, much better if you - and your trusted mechanic ferrets a good one!

2012-2014 crv is also very good
CRV or RAV4.
Get the RAV4.
Not AWD, but the 4Runner is still considered a midsize suv and is very reliable.
Toyota Highlander, Honda CR-V, or Honda Pilot
If want dependability buy a RAV4 or CRV, however my idea mid size SUV be the engine from a Honda CRV, mated to the bullet proof JATCO CVT transmission inside the stylish Pontiac Aztek. Uh, yah the RAV4 or CRV are your top picks.
Honda CRV / Toyota RAV 4.
If you're on a budget you can find Mazda CX-7 a little cheaper and they have a toyota transmission in them
