Which oil should I use on my Toyota Sequoia 2018 with 120,000 miles

Please use the site search function as this kind of topic has been discussed here endlessly. (The short answer is use the oil recommended in your owner's manual.)
@chucktobias I know what the manula states I have been seeing thngs online that in America they say use 0w-20 but the better oil for the enigne is actually 5w-30

random strangers on the internet did not build your engine, and they won't help you when their advice turns bad. Do not change your oil viscosity. Especially that first 'w' number. This is answered in our FAQ.
