If all three were properly maintained and passed a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic, I would choose the Honda Element even though overall I prefer Toyotas. But in this case the Toyota-made Scion xb has numerous complaints of excessive oil consumption and the Element has relatively few complaints regarding the engine or transmission. You can check it out for yourself on the website: carcomplaints.com .
You do realize that the Toyota Sequoia is a full size SUV while the other two are compact SUVs. Plus the Sequoia is equipped with a 4.7 liter V8 engine that is rated at 15mpg city and 17/18 highway. Additionally I would never purchase a vehicle with 250k miles. No matter how well maintained, most of its good years are in the rear view mirror.
