There are lots of online builders. Some only work with certified partners. Looking for a remaned 2011 GM 2.4L long block

I got good results when I used a Jasper Toyota engine - and they include a 3 year warranty.

I thought Jasper only sold to certified installers

I don't know - I had my shop do the hands-on stuff. I imagine they'd be glad to answer that.
