I have a 2007 Toyota Avalon 3.5litre automatic with 214 959 km on it and every time I brake it clicks repeatedly and there’s nothing showing up codes wise either and I can’t figure out what it is.

It might be your ABS system. Have it checked out.

When you apply the brakes on a disk brake system, the pads slide a bit to engage the rotor. Sometimes a build up of dirt or rust will cause the pads to bind a bit upon contacting the spot. The noise you hear is that. Have them professionately checked out.
