My aunt has a 2017 power stroke turbo diesel f-250 platinum model. When she lets off of the throttle it feels like the tow haul mode is halfway on but it’s not. It wants to slow down. When she gives it gas it picks back up fine though. Any ideas?

A slightly sticking brake caliper/pads, perhaps.
