Hey Scotty, A guy I work with has a 2014 Chevy Cruze 4 cylinder turbo. Not sure on the miles but I believe it's under 100,000. It has an automatic transmission but he usually drives it in manual mode. He says at highway speed the engine gets choppy in third and fourth gears but regular speed in the same gears is fine. What should I tell him? Thanks. Your awesome.

Tell him that to start with he needs to scan the car for codes and live data, then take the diagnosis forward from there.
Note that engine problems are common with that model.

He had it scanned for codes and there were none. Forgot to mention that, sorry.
Looking for codes is just the beginning of the diagnostic process. What about live data capture while the problem is happening? Of course the low-hanging fruit such as spark plugs, filters, and fuel pressure should be routinely checked for that kind of problem.
