Why does my rear driver's side wheel make a ticking noise?

I have an 05 V6 Mustang, manual. It has 151,830 miles. It is making a tick noise and it ticks faster as I accelerate. I'm not sure exactly what it it's. It's in perfect driving conditions and it doesn't hinder anything, it's just rather annoying. Thanks in advance!

Can you make a YouTube video of the noise & post the link here?

I had new wheels and tires put on my car 10 years ago, and the e-brake cable was hitting on the wheel weights on one of my rear wheels. Have you had any recent work done to the car back there?
