Why is my car cranking but not starting ?

I’m at a complete loss for ideas now I’m working on my mom’s 2010 Honda odyssey EX-L 6 CYL . She was randomly driving and it cut off on her and then she got it started again and drove but it wouldn’t go over 10 mph . I read the codes and it showed misfires in all 6 cylinders so I replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils (OEM) and the codes went away. But the car had the same issue it would crank but not start , I checked the fuel pump and lines and they were still functioning, I checked all the fuses no issues at all . I had two mechanics look at it and they couldn’t figure out the issue said it was strange . I even tried your trick of getting starter fluid to get it to crank but that didn’t work either. I’m hoping you might have an idea of what could be the issue and how I can fix it , located in Houston as well

If you have fuel and spark I would suspect timing, which would cause all six cylinders to misfire. Good luck.

Good call. Especially if that thing has its original timing belt it's overdue for replacement and could have skipped a tooth or two.

See the troubleshooting section of the FAQ and see if the information there helps. Also note that Scotty has not lived in Houston for years and his primary residence is now in Clarksville, Tennessee.
