2003 AZR60G Toyota Voxy with a 1AZ-FE 2L 4-speed automatic transmission shakes a lot at idle and is a little jumpy when the rev goes down. This car had been into an accident once and the front left side got crumpled. Ever since the car got into an accident and the damage on the front left side, the engine wouldn't run smoothly. The engine air filter is pretty clean. The engine oil is also still good too. What can it be?

Clean the MAF sensor, IAC valve and throttle body.
