Hi Scotty! I am thinking of getting a manual transmission car which is reliable and not too expensive. The gas mileage does matter for me as I want to get good gas mileage. Also, another question. What do you think about the Celica that has the 2ZZ-GE engine?

Get a Corolla.

Celicas are pretty good cars, if you find one that doesn't have insane milage and all the main parts of the car work good go look at at and see if you like it. Also don't overpay for one even if it's in good shape, they are still older cars.

I’d say get a Honda Fit. They are pretty cheap and they are good on gas and they are so practical. You can find a manual one easily.
