Hey Gear Heads:
I want to have a 2018 to 2020 manual transmission sedan or coup. What should I look for? Want to do a private seller buy? Subaru WRX has issues; Honda Civic SI is likely the best choice; whatcha think of Hyundai Elantra?

Stay away from Hyundai/Kia vehicles if you value your wallet (and possibly your life). Toyota and Honda will be your best bets, avoiding models with inherent problems. Of course with any used car purchase be sure to have a good mechanic examine any candidate vehicle before purchase - afterwards is too late!
