2020 Jeep grand Cherokee, cheep and reliable first car? Or lemon?

Hi guys,

I’m very into jeep and have been for some time and have also been watching Scotty’s YouTube channel so I know how he feels about modern jeep/chrysler/stellantis products.

However, I’ve been really into the 2020 jeep grand Cherokees specifically the laredo or limited trim since those have the more reliable 3.6 V6 Pentastar engines compared to the hemi V8. I am most likely going to end up buying one with over 50k miles on it.

Is this jeep a good reliable option? Or am I putting myself in a financial black hole?

Is this jeep a good reliable option?

No. Not since they stopped making them in America.

Yes. Don't do it.

$6k or more to fix blow head gaskets, which these are known for.

Well I think Scotty is 100% correct and you should take his advice. Jeeps are rolling piles of junk
