- bought from a sketchy small dealership 165k miles
- Changed transmission fluid(jet black, some glitter)
- spark plugs covered in soot
- valve gasket cover hard as a rock
- alternator and drive belt replaced
- still getting one click and hum when trying to push start the jeep
- cleaned the throttle body butterfly
So is it a bad ground strap, relay fuse? because no codes will show up except some old ones that say driver/passenger door module issue. if I hold the window up/down button my engine hums. they cut the wiper fluid tubes under my hood. I see that they ripped foam out to get to the low/high trim fuel line. Im out of answers. It will start after a few tries but engine light blinks when malfunctioning.

Two big red flags there.
If I were you I'd get rid of that thing as soon as you're able to. The description of the transmission fluid alone means the trans is going to be on its way out soon. And the description of other issues indicates this thing was hacked up pretty bad, maybe even wrecked and put back together. (Didn't any of this show up in the pre-purchase inspection?)
If your engine light is blinking that is usually due to misfires. There should be codes and freeze-frame data in that case. If you can get the engine running live data should be checked for issues.
You can find tips on troubleshooting no-start problems in the site FAQ. However it sounds like that thing has really been Frankensteined to death and modern Jeeps are none too reliable to begin with.
