Hey Scotty, I have a 2000 audi a4 1.8t quattro that will not start. Car has 208k miles on it. I have replaced the spark plugs, fuel filter, fuel regulator, coolant temperature sensor and sir filter. Took out the injector rail to check for gasoline spray and all 4 work well. Also checked for spark and it works. also checked for compression and has good compression. Cat is not clogged, timing belt is worn out but still intact will replace soon.
Does it crank or nothing happens when you turn the key? Any codes?
It cranks no start and no codes besides random misfire code and misfire cylinder 4 code.
