why is my coolant burning out. every two week i use a gal coolant. is it normal for your radiator fan to not spin when the engine is heated but the car is in park? nissan bluebird sylphy 2006

Your fan should be working when the engine is hot. The reason you are using so much coolant is because you have a blown head gasket.

Replace your pressure cap.
