First off, I want to say I don't give the man any disrespect. He seems like a very busy man, and probably can't cover anything and everything happening in this world...

I think  Honda's recall should be covered/mentioned in one of his videos. 628'000 vehicles recalled for faulty fuel pumps.

Scotty covered it at 6:28

@carguy24 Scotty's current videos (although I could be mistaken) are backdated. He's visiting family right now so he's not doing live updates.

Also, it seems like Honda is taking a preventative measure, unlike that of Hyundai/Kia:

Honda has received no reports of crashes or injuries related to this condition.

Chill out man. He's on holiday.

I'm sure he'll get to it. He wouldn't miss a big recall like that. Just stay tuned to his videos.

The man is on a well-deserved holiday. Not everyone is sitting around waiting for a recall to come out so they can post about it in the first 24 hours. I'm sure he will mention it in a later video, though not much point as you just proved most people are already aware of the issue. Were you as jazzed about the GM/Ford/Fiat recalls as you are about this one, or do you just hate Honda/Toyota and wait for them to have an issue before demanding action? I'm curious.

Like I said above, I mean no disrespect to the guy. I don't mention anything about Ford GM or Stellantis recalls because that's what you expect of them. They do not make the best quality vehicles. I was surprised because Honda is the #2 car manufacturer in the world, and I was just surprised that nothing was mentioned about it. (BTW I totally forgot he was on vacation because he still manages to put out one or two videos a day... what a machine Scotty is)

@carguy24
He uploads videos weeks after he films them (probably because of editing). Also, youtube has an autoupload feature where you set a time and the video gets uploaded automatically somewhere around that time.

Scotty will cover it eventually.

Scotty puts his vids up a couple weeks (I've even seen a month) after he films them, plus he's on vacation.

My friend is a Sr. tech at a Toyota dealership. He's been replacing fuel pumps in Toyotas as well, they use the same supplier in some of their vehicles as well.
