I want to buy mustang GT 5.0 v8. Will it be wise to buy 2023 one or better to buy 2022 and trade in to get 2024 or 25
None of the above.
V8's are the only decent motors ford makes anymore, so good choice on narrowing it down to the 5.0, and the mustangs have maintained a solid build quality over the years because, well its their staple muscle car, and theyre expected to be driven hard. Out of all the engine options, 5.0 is the best for a daily. My friend has one and gets good gas mileage with his auto (its like an 8 or 10 speed), but id highly recommend getting a manual, so much more fun, and reliable too. If you dont know how, learn. Id get the 2022, but not trade it in. Its always a gamble buying a new car, but with something like a mustang, I wouldnt buy used because it was probably driven hard.
