I have a 2013 Kia Rio. No check Engine Light On I was going to get emissions done but decided to plug in a scan tool to make sure I would pass emissions. It shows I have 8 completed monitors and 0 not completed but 2 DTC in ECU P0441 P0326. Will this pass emissions? I'm from the Missouri and where I am from I have to have both safety and emissions to get it registered.

It depends on where you live, I'm unsure how it is in Missouri.
In most places that's not an issue at all.

No, probably not. You need a new knock sensor and a new gas cap. Clear the codes and hope for the best.
